We were approached by medical communications agency to help develop two policy toolkits for diabetes. Each toolkit was to serve as a comprehensive, practical and action-oriented resource for public affairs and market access personnel in different European and non-European markets to help them assess the local diabetes context and policy landscape, identify barriers to change, and design and implement local advocacy action plans.
The final toolkits contained a variety of practical resources and tools including template plans, suggested activities and ‘things to think about’, links to resources and a selection of case studies from around the world.
