In her spare time (!), Helen is studying for an MSc in the History and Philosophy of Science at UCL. For assessment as part of the Postgraduate Responsible Innovation module, she wrote a blog post about CAR-T cell therapies, and the challenges they – and other emerging technologies – pose in terms of governance, control and social responsibility. You can read the blog post here: CAR-T cell therapies: Holy Grail or Pandora’s Box?
